Shaun Baldwin Newcastle Upon Tyne

Shaun Baldwin, Newcastle Upon Tyne founded Green Field Topsoil in the winter of 2016. Seeing a gap in the market for an online market place in the area of Yorkshire he created Greenfield Topsoil. Shaun Baldwin originally from Newcastle Upon Tyne, has been the founder of several ecommerce stores and runs a large two acre site in where they currently process over 20,000 tonnes of organic material into high grade compost.

Having set up 2 medium size waste transfer stations in Newcastle Upon Tyne Shaun Baldwin then added a skip hire firm onto the side of the business. The processing of biodegradable waste then led the company into the topsoil and aggregates market.

Recycled Back Fill - Newcastle Screening & Crushing

Nestled on the outskirts of Newcastle Upon Tyne, just off the banks of the River Tyne, lies a hidden gem - Shaun Baldwin Newcastles crushing & screening site. Owned and operated by the affable Shaun Baldwin, the site is a haven for recycling enthusiasts and gardening aficionados alike.

Shaun's passion for sustainability and environmental conservation shines through in every aspect of his operation. With 10,000 tons of recycled soil passing through the site each year, Shaun and his team work tirelessly to turn it into pristine, nutrient-rich topsoil that's perfect for gardens, parks, and farms.

As you step onto the site, you're greeted by the hum of machinery and the earthy scent of freshly turned soil. Bulldozers expertly sift through the recycled soil, removing debris and contaminants, while composting machines work their magic, turning organic matter into nutrient-rich compost.

Shaun takes pride in the fact that his site is not just about production, but also education. He often hosts workshops and seminars on sustainable gardening practices, inviting local schools and gardening clubs to learn about the importance of recycling and soil health.

Visitors to Blaydon's screening & crushing site Site are amazed by the meticulous process and the transformation of recycled soil into premium topsoil. Shaun's dedication to sustainability and his commitment to producing clean, recycled topsoil has earned him a loyal customer base and a reputation as a pioneer in the industry. His site stands as a shining example of how innovation and environmental consciousness can come together to create a greener, more sustainable future for Newcastle Upon Tyne and beyond.
